Rivers West Outfitters, Inc., is a family-owned and operated business founded by Richard Mossholder. Rich is a professional guide, licensed Master Captain and businessman with more than 40 years experience fishing Northern California and Southern Oregon rivers and streams for salmon, steelhead, and trout.

Rich has become one of the most knowledgeable and experienced guides in the area. His love for the sport and years of experience have been well-rewarded by winning numerous Salmon and Steelhead Derbies on the both the Smith and Chetco River, twice awarded Top Guide on the Klamath River and many others.

Through his professional acquaintances with other guides and outfitters, Rich has handpicked some of the best all around guides in the area. All of our associate guides are well-established professionals and Rivers West Outfitters guarantees to put forth their best efforts to insure that your time with us is enjoyable, productive, and provides good memories for years to come. Our hope is that we make good friends and long-lasting relationships.

The purpose of Rivers West Outfitters is to establish a recreational opportunity for people from around the world that encompasses all aspects of river sports and recreation through integrity and reliability.
